NAIOP Wisconsin is a chapter of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, and it is comprised of approximately 200 members serving the State of Wisconsin. Nationally, NAIOP has over 18,000 members in 58 chapters throughout North America.
NAIOP Course: Real Estate Investment Analysis

NAIOP Wisconsin is pleased to present you with our first Chapter Education Partnership (CEP) Course titled Real Estate Investment Analysis. This is the first course being offered in a series of eight. This course is designed to provide entry-level professionals with the technical skills necessry to analyze the financial feasibility of real estate investment opportunities. Valuation techniques (direct capitalization and discounted cash flow analysis) are introduced first, followed by an examination of debt financing's impact on real estate investments. A case study will also be provided for attendees.. Course participants will receive workbooks and a certificate of completion.
